▸How do credits work?
Packs are priced by level: 1 credit at P1 up to 6 at P6. Credits arrive after successful payment and reset—not roll over—after the next successful renewal.
▸Do I lose packs after cancelling?
A PDF you have already downloaded is yours and cancelling does not touch it. While it is still the current edition, re-downloading needs an active plan but costs no further credits; once a newer edition ships, the earlier one is no longer available here and the new one costs credits.
▸What happens if renewal fails?
No new credits are granted and downloads pause meanwhile. PDFs you already have are unaffected.
▸Can I pay with PayMe or FPS?
Launch uses recurring card payment through Stripe only—no PayMe, FPS, AlipayHK or bank transfer.
